Softly Bold Living is a Michigan-based sole proprietorship owned and operated by Tamara ("Softly Bold Living," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through softlyboldliving.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request the free reflection deck, join the coaching waitlist, or send a message through our contact form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, and message.
Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which collects basic usage data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the site that referred you, and uses cookies to run the site and measure traffic. We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to help us understand how visitors find and use the site.
Purchases. Our card decks are sold on Etsy. Etsy processes your order and payment under its own privacy policy. We receive only the order details Etsy shares with sellers, such as your name and the items you bought.
Please don't send health or medical information through our forms.

To understand how the site is used and improve it
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run Softly Bold Living, currently Squarespace (website, forms, and email), Google (Google Analytics), and Etsy (our shop), or when the law requires it.
Emails
Our emails are sent with Squarespace Email Campaigns. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed at any time.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them. To opt out of Google Analytics on any website, you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us, or until you ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it longer for legal or tax reasons.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@softlyboldliving.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's laws, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
